Lightheaded and Dizziness going on for more than a month now

Over the past month, I haven't been feeling right. My coordination is off balance, I'm dizzy and lightheaded. Symptoms really flare up when I'm exercising (playing basketball, volleyball, lifting weights). It gets to the point where I get so dizzy and lightheaded I can't play anymore. After this, the dizziness and lightheadedness last for days after it happened. Symptoms also flare up when looking up or down. When I sneeze I get extremely lightheaded and dizzy but it fades after about 30 seconds. When looking at things, my eyes don't focus as fast either. Also when waking up in the morning, and getting out of bed, my coordination and balance is way off but seems to get better as the day goes on.

Got a CT scan about a week and the doctor said everything looked fine.

This is the most annoying thing I've ever had to deal with, because it ruins everything I do for fun. Any ideas?

I'm a 26 year old male, in good shape with a good diet. Blood work came out fine, urine sample came out fine, ECG came out fine as well. One thing to mention as well, when I put a lot of pressure on my head (as if you were to un-pop your ears after flying) my left ear seems clogged more so than the right ear.
