Lightheadedness, headaches, neck stiffness...

Hi. I'm a 22 year old male, and for the past 2 months I've had a number of symptoms which haven't been able to be diagnosed and it's ruining my life. I can barely travel and spend my days in bed. I've got extreme lightheadedness (like there's a "fog" around my head and it only gets stronger with time) dizziness, headaches, neck pain and stiffness, tightness of the throat (like talking and eating are harder) along with a constant urge to clench my jaw. My vision has also been getting blurrier and I'm very sensitive to light and sound. Recently I've also developed ringing in my ears which won't go away.

The doctors haven't been able to find anything except for claiming it's "stress"... when all this happened, I was on summer holiday and relatively stress free, so I doubt that's how I developed these symptoms.

I'm not sure if this is the cause but 2-3 days prior to getting these symptoms, I noticed that while I was having sex I would develop excruciating head pain that got worse as I was getting closer to finishing. It was less noticeable in certain positions than others. Soon after, the lightheadedness came on and all the other symptoms came afterwards. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

I have been to multiple clinics and hospitals over the past 2 months. One doctor said it was due to my neck muscles contracting and cutting off circulation to my head... so I tried muscle relaxants, which had no effect. Others have said it's dehydration, stress, and so on. But no matter how much water I drink it won't go away.

I am in the process of finding a new doctor. I've had CT scans, MRI's, blood tests, urine tests, and electrocardiographs done but these tests don't show anything abnormal.

I've done my own research and have a few ideas on possible conditions it may be but the doctors won't really listen because "you can't trust the internet". I'm seriously going crazy here.

I hate it when doctors say things are stress when there's so many other things it could be and when you're having visual symptoms, that's something that's very serious. What tests have they done? Can you find another doctor?
