Low Blood Pressure and Unsure Why.

So, I've been having heart issues for almost three months. Rapid beating and palpitations which were just diagnosed yesterday as sinus tachycardia and skipped beat from a holter monitor I wore from Dec 30 to Jan 19. My head has also been in pretty much constant pain, and my vision has changed. My blood pressure is always low. This morning it was 89/56 and pulse 73. My pulse is only okay when I am lying down, but that's also when my blood pressure is low. When I get up, my heart starts racing and I'll have shortness of breath. The past five days now I have been having heart attack pain... central chest, arms heavy and tingling fingers, jaw pain, shoulder and upper back pain. Possibly unrelated, but probably not, my bilirubin has been elevated this whole time. I'm at a total loss for what could be the cause. Any ideas, or at least how to get my BP up until they figure out the cause?

You may have a variant of POTS ( Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) along with some other imbalances.
Make sure your electrolyte levels are up.
A an extra pinch of salt here and there maybe helpful in increasing your diastolic and systolic pressure.
Are you properly hydrated? Drink ample spring water,
one hour away from meals.
Finally you may benefit from a transdermal magnesium oil trial.
It's the best way to get magnesium into your tissues without
any laxative issues whatsoever compared to oral magnesium.
Basically you mix magnesium chloride flakes with water 1/2 and 1/2  and when diluted well, spray all over your body-avoiding sensitive areas- leave on for about 30 minutes
and then rinse off real well in the shower.
Your body will just love it!
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Niko
