Lower back pain, buttocks pain, both legs, aching pain, swelling

Lower back pain, aching pain buttocks and both legs, tissue and muscles,swelling in upper thighs of both legs.

Not sure this is sciatica, having had it twice.  That runs down the outside of the leg.  The pain could be hip pain, lower back pain, etc. but the swelling?  That doesn't match.  Time for a visit to the doc.

Sounds like sciatic pain. The swelling I’m not sure about.

I agree.  I had sciatica at the small of my back and down my buttocks.  I stretched and it got better.  I think it is best to see a doctor if you don't get better in a time period of say one or two weeks.  Ibuprofen comes in handy in these situations as well.
