Hello,

Causes of hypercalcemia are increased intake (excess vitamin D or vitamin A, excess calcium intake), endocrine disorders (primary hyperparathyroidism, adrenal gland insufficiency), cancer (including multiple myeloma), and other causes (thiazide-diuretics, sarcoidosis, Paget's disease of bone).

Abdominal pain and hypercalcemia and recurrent anemia;all point to a probability of some kidney disorder.Pls discuss it with your doctors.

Have you got any sort of bone or joint pains?Multiple myeloma can be a possibility then although you are too young for that.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Hello,

Going by your symptoms four possibilities are coming to my mind.Firstly,it can be pelvic inflammatory disease which can be caused by an infection of the pelvic organs.
As you are a female, so this possibility is high. It can also be due to fibroid uterus or ovarian cysts. Ultrasound abdomen and cervical swabs are needed to rule them out.

Secondly, irritable bowel syndrome is also there. Diagnosis is made on basis of clinical evaluation.

Thirdly, appendicitis has to be ruled out. Pain of appendicitis is severe and is associated with vomitings and fever.

Fourthly, Crohn’s disease can be the cause of this pain. Crohn's disease most commonly affects the last part of the small intestine, usually located in the right lower abdomen. Diagnosed by barium enemas and colonoscopy.

Also it can be due to hernia or dehydration or acid base imbalance after exercising.Take adequate amount of fluids after exercising.

Pls discuss these possibilities with your physician.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
