Lower stomach pains

I’m a healthy 14 year old boy and this is the first time this has happened to me after I took a long hot shower after 4 or 5 minutes getting out of the shower I start getting pains in my Lower stomach I don’t know if it could be because I was dehydrated at the time? It hurt for like 5 minutes and started going away? Anyone know why?

Did you do any activity that might have strained the muscles in that area that day or recently?  Hot water can be soothing, but it also increases inflammation in a new painful area.  It's why you ice right after hurting yourself and use heat after time has passed.  Just a thought.  More likely it was nothing, just life.
