Lumps (round masses) in Calf of Leg

I have recently realized I have 3 oval formed masses in the upper calf of my right leg. They are not painful and do not seem to be directly under the skin. Nor are they formed as are cysts, I'm not sure where I should post as I have never heard anything of the sorts. I don't have medical insurance, but was wondering if anyone thinks this may be something I should find a doctor to look at. I am open to any comments and/or suggestions.
Thank you

Thank you marc572 as well.  I will make an appointment with my VA doctor and will post the results. I know about lumps growing in the breast.  I never really thought of lumps growing in other places.

Thank you very much for your response.  I kind of felt that way but sometimes think I worry when I shouldn't, but due to these developing out of no where I thought maybe I should get these checked out.

visit your doctor and he/she will do for  fine needle aspirate so that you will know if that masses is not cancerous or not.or your doctors remove one mass if that is solid and do for histopathology examination.and you will know the results after 1 week

Could they be lipomas?  Of course, it takes a knowledgeable, licensed health care provider to properly diagnose you and if you think they are fast-growing or in any way might be something serious, please do see a doctor.
