Muscle spasms, ear sounds, and PVCs.

The past half year has been a journey for me to say the least. I suffered with severe anxiety for a few months stemming from heart health. I worried myself so sick I actually developed PVCs. I've been put on atenolol since and it handles the PVCs wonderfully. Before anyone assumes it's anxiety cashing my new symptoms, It is not. I'm pretty much anxiety free these days! The past few months while being on atenolol, I've developed strange new symptoms. I twitch ALL the time! Any muscle on my body it seems to have twitched or spasmed. It's off and on all day. I went to the doctor and she said it was more than likely benign, but why did I just now develop this strange new symptom? Also within the past two weeks I've been getting thumping, crackling, popping, whooshing in my ear! I got my ears cleaned out and it worked for the day, but it came back today. Laying my ear on a heating pad relieves the sounds. I refuse to believe this is "normal" there has to be something causing all this weird stuff.

Ask for a magnesium level. Those symptoms fit low magnesium.
