Need Emergency Help

I'm writing on behalf of my friend. He is 23 years old. A month before he had a wound inside his mouth skin. He also had a fever at that time. Because of the pain, he went to a doctor and was under treatment for almost two weeks. But the pain problem is he often feels nauseous. However, for the last one week he is feeling really bad, especially he hardly can't eat anything as he vomits, and for the last 3-4 days he has had a high temperature (103 F-104 F). He was admitted to the hospital on the last day but still doctors are unable to find any reason behind his condition. His temperature was 104 F today's morning and he is still feeling nauseous. He is on an empty stomach as the doctor told him not to eat anything. And Selain's treatment is continuing.

Hello~I am not sure what kind of help you need; if your friend is in the hospital, then he is already getting care. I would ask to talk to his GP regarding this, there really isn't anything we can do.

I hope he feels better soon.

Thank you for your response Doctor Sassy. My friend was feeling good in the morning, so he was released from the hospital...But right now he again has a high temperature (104 F)... His body temperature is fluctuating too much...
I am so sorry that this is occurring. He needs to call his GP again, having  high fever at night is sometimes the symptom of an infection, he really needs this to be looked in to more thoroughly.
Thank you Doctor Sassy for your response... My friend is taking medicine prescribed by the doctor and he is a little better now...But the problem is he can't feel his fever...He says, "My temperature is 101 or 102 but I can't feel it...It seems normal to me." : (
Well, some people have higher than "normal" temperatures but there is nothing wrong with them. Your friend could possibly be one of those people. If he can't tell it is a fever, then this may be the reason.
Thank you so much again Doctor Sassy for your response. Yes, it can be possible that he has a higher temperature than others which is normal for him. However, he is feeling better than before but at night sometimes he has a high temperature (between 103 F and 104 F) and that's why he can't sleep well.
