The fact you are having the excessive gas and bms only at work makes me think you have irritable bowel syndrome, which can be aggravated by the stress of your job.

Neck and back pain, whatever the cause can also be made worse when you are stressed.

You also seem to be suffering from a TMJ problem.  I have TMJ arthritis, etc. and can suffer pain in the temporal region, pain in my ear, and a stiff feeling sometimes in the muscles, as well as pain in the jaw joints.  Again, stress can aggravate TMJ symptoms and can lead to unconscious clenching and in many, grind of teeth.  Since you have pain on only the left temporal lobe, you might want to get an ESR blood test, just in case.  But it could be you are stressing that side of your jaw worse than the other.  Migraines can be caused by TMJ problems.  You might try to get referred to a maxillofacial specialist or a dentist who specializes in TMJ.  I wear a stabilization splint at night which helps with my migraine situation.

Probably, an ENT should check your swollen glands, if your PCP will refer you.  Does your work offer any courses in stress management?

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The feeling of locked jay can be due to dental infection, internal ear problems and tetanus infection. Since you have pain in the ears, either you have an internal ear problem or an exposed root canal of a tooth due to pus or caries. This can cause pain in whole of head and neck region. Glands in neck and temporal bone pain can be due to this. I would suggest you consult a dentist and an ENT specialist soon. Maybe your PVP can arrange it. If there is no problem in the teeth and ear, then there is a chance that you have  compression of cervical spinal nerves due to  overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc.Excessive gas and bowel movement can be due to stomach flu, acidity or indigestion.
Please discuss this with your doctor. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I am not sure about the stomach... But the ear jaw could be tmj. You should check that out. Are you stressed?
