Need help on test results

Briefly, Had high EBV numbers at the begining of the year, Symptoms Back of the head numbness (Brainfreeze feeling) Tingling/numbing around face area. Early part of the year had chest pains belly pains etc.  After many many test MRI Brain, C-Spine CT AB Blood Work and Docs to include  (ENT, Cardio, IM) Set up with a Nuero, Had a SER Upper/Lower VER Study and BER Study all Normal exception is as follows: BER study-This study shows peripheral auditory delay on the left at the 1-111 interpeak latency.  This study suggests lateral brain stem disease (this bothers me) on the left consistent with history of neuronitis.  This can be seen in demyelinating disorders or vascular lesions as well.  My neuro has told me in english I have left ear nerve damage that was probable caused by the Ebstein Barr early part of the year and rx me Alprazolam .25MG and Topamax.25 and advised nothing but time will help this and would see me in thirty days.  This is fine by me however the above statements have me concerned????
