Help?

Recently I've been feeling like I'm not the only one controlling my body. It feels like somebody else in like in my body and controls it sometimes. Like sometimes I'll just be doing something and then it's like everything goes black and I'll be told I did something I have absolutely no knowledge of and sometimes I'll just zone out and then the same thing happens and it's all a blur to me. I don't know if I'm just overreacting it not but I don't understand what's really happening and it's just super confusing and overwhelming.

That does sound a little concerning.  What is it you do during the black outs? Is it brief?  There is something neurological called an absence seizure.  You zone out like that and don't remember anything. But it is usually fairly brief. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/petit-mal-seizure/symptoms-causes/syc-20359683
