Hello,

One can develop a tremor from fatigue, stress, anxiety, or even rage. This is called a postural tremor. However, an ongoing tremor that is not associated with a change in your emotional state may be a sign of an underlying medical condition and should be evaluated.

For postural tremors, try relaxation techniques like meditation, deep relaxation, or breathing exercises. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and get enough sleep. Also boost your self esteem.Postural tremors is often linked with fear of performance failure in the subconscious mind.If still persisting then medicines like beta-blockers, gabapentin, primidone or botox shots can be tried.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi,

How are you?
The cause of tremors in your case seems to be excessive anxiety. Other possibility is familial tremors.
Do you have a positive family history of tremors?
Beta blockers are generally prescribed for tremors. I would also suggest you to do some breathing exercises and meditation.
