Nose pain

Undiagnosed nasal pain. It hurts on the inside especially the left side. It feels like pressure against septum wall. I sometimes feel like I have cuts in my nose. Have had a ton & I mean a ton of nasal scopes. Been seen by ENT’s & sinus specialist. No one sees an infection. One ENT swabbed nose & it said heavy over growth of normal flora. Other ENT’s won’t swab unless I have pus. I am concerned about staph. The sinus specialists say we all have staph & I look at them like they are nuts. I have been on antibiotic cream a bunch of times and for a long time- no help. I have been on some antibiotics. I had a tooth extracted 6 weeks before the nose pain started. Tooth 12. ENTs have though nerve pain from tooth. Oral surgeons say no. I have had Sinus scan & 2 MRI’s & I have mild inflammation in the left sinus & a sinus cyst & maybe a polyp. The specialists say it’s not infection just inflammation & to do sinus rinses which I have been. One ENT suggested over growth of some bacteria & to use Xylitol in my sinus rinse. My nose feels dry, irritated, inflamed. No one is properly helping me. Yes I have bounced around to many specialists b/c I am looking for help! My own ENT has suggested I go put in to be on a tv show called Chasing a cure. It’s so odd to me these ENT’s are this clueless & most of them don’t follow protocol meaning swabbing & cultures. I have had white mucus in nose sometimes just white & sometimes with a little light yellow. I took a pic once & showed all these specialists & guess what they say SO. I am like are u kidding me? I know my nose! I know what’s normal & what is not. Oh because I don’t have an obvious infection to them then all my symptoms are disregarded. The sinus rinse has helped the mucus in my nose but still it’s so irritated inside! I swear it’s staph but maybe I am wrong. I am not looking for trouble. I hope I am wrong & it’s something stupid. Again did creams & some antibiotics. Maybe it’s a fungal thing. Been using Xylitol which is antifungal. The side of nose is tender too. But again had scans inflammation & cyst/polyp. Ideas???
