Numb Pinky

After carpal tunnel release today i have no feeling whatsoever in my pinky and half my ring finger. The other fingers have normal feeling. I am worried the dr may have cut the nerves to the two outside fingers.

B-6 and Chiropractic adjustment to your wrists- also great for tendonistis too. Brace and Ice when possible- take breaks from repetitive motions.

It is not uncommon or unusual.
It can take some time for a full recovery and you are only on Day 1.

The sensation to the little finger and the outer half of the ring finger is through the ulnar nerve. This does not normally pass anywhere near the site of a Carpal Tunnel Release operation.

You should see your Doctor if you notice no improvements in the next few days.
