Whats causing my nerve pain?

Hello, I had a one time unprotected sexual encounter a few months ago. About 3.5 weeks later I started experiencing pain in my thighs, knees, calves, buttocks, low-back, ribs, feet, hips, arms, fingers, toes, face and even my collar bone. I feel exhausted and anxious most of the time and have a hard time getting motivated to do anything. I have been tested for all STDs including HIV, Syphilis, Hep A/B/C, Herpes (5,14 and 25 weeks later) and gonorrhoea/chlamydia with everything negative. this pain has peen present for almost 6 months now.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Hello~It sounds like you may have fibromyalgia, you certainly have all the symptoms of it. Have you discussed this with your doctor, I am willing to bet it is either that or chronic fatigue syndrome, which is similar with the added fatigue. I would sure ask about being tested for these.

I have 2 aunts that have that. Is that something that is worsened by stress?
