Hi All. Since January, I have had a mild headache that comes and goes, though not a day has gone by when I didn't experience it.It's mostly a squeezing, vice-like feeling in my temples and over my eyes. My doctor chalked it up to stress and suggested I try meditation, cannabis, acupuncture, etc. -- none of which has helped, though it hasn't gotten worse. Last month, I was diagnosed with ocular hypertension, for which I was referred to an ophthalmologist for a glaucoma workup.
I'm fine every morning and this tends to kick in as the day goes on. I've also been experiencing nausea in the afternoon, as well (it's almost 6 pm now and I'm experiencing both). Again, nothing extreme. It's not so much the headache and nausea that are bothering me, it's the fact that they won't go away. Anyone have any idea of what might be going on?
