Okay have another health question?

I have started my cardio exercises up yesterday. I did about 1 1/2 hours. Well I have posted about right side bothering me about 2 in. under breast. thought for longest time it was gallbladder or liver. Had ultrasounds done and bloodwork. all normal. This morning it is really bothersome. Feels like its itchy in that area and like its swollen.. Ribs in some spots feel tender.. This is an all the time thing, but this morning its worse.. Could it be some sort of hernia??? They cant seem to find out whats wrong....

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
There is a strong possibility it is costochondritis (inflammation of the joint between rib and sternum. The inflammation around the joint area gives sharp pain on taking a breath. This can also cause tenderness on pressing the area which pains. Please consult your PCP and get this checked out.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
