17 yr old F

I've been having these symptoms for a while now and I don't usually worry but it seems to be getting worse over time, is it possible that I have some sort of brain tumor?
Eye twitching persistent every hour or so , eye closes fully
Only right eye
Head pain radiated from the back to my front forehead above my right eye
Facial spasms
Loud ringing In ears
Constant, for about a month or so.
Dizziness
Lightheaded
Nausea
Stomach pain  
Sharp migraines
Fatigue
Insomnia

My family doesn't believe it's something serious , my mothers always working and I can't go to the doctors alone because I'm 17 so I have to wait a couple more months. I'm afraid it's going to get worse but there's not really anything I can do at the moment.

i would say get to the doctors ASAP or even a hospital those symptoms sound severe other than that i wouldn't really know what it is could be medication side affects if ur taking any medication

Hi can you see your Family Doctor , i would sit down with your Dr and tell him/her what it is you are going through , it needs treating , Take care ,

I also sometimes get migraines where I'll press on the top of my head and then release and I can feel a huge pressure , almost like all the blood is rushing back into my head
