Pain in wrists/forearms/legs

Hello,

I have been having some complex issues that I'm unsure are connected or not.
3 years ago I endured some rhabdo for a spinning class. Seemed to be fine after for about a year, until leg pain developed suddenly one morning in similar areas after spinning class injury. Almost feels like I did a bunch of squats. Consulted rhomtologist and neurologist for long list of blood tests (got biopsy on thigh and emg as well). They suspected metobolic myopathy, but everything was normal. Legs still a mystery...

Now, for the past 6 months, there is been great pain in my wrists and forearms. It started in my lower thumb area on one side, but now affects both wrists/forearms. I'm thinking it might be a overuse injury (from excessive phone use) but not sure.
Some desensitization/numness occurs. Wrists are very tender and sore.
I just don't know what to do anymore! Help!!

The wrists issue may be unrelated to the rhabdo. I would see the specialists again, or at least your family doc to start for some ideas, because as you state it could just be excessive phone use - or maybe poor positioning of the hands when you type etc. Could be a muscular issue that can be worked on by a physiotherapist or something like diclofenac that a doc prescribes.
In any event, "Very tender and sore" should be looked at by a professional.
