Painful tummy

I'm 32 years of age and have been suffering with a painful bloated upper abdomen for a few days now, mainly after I eat but also when I exercise. Any idea what this could be??

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
A painful bloated upper tummy could be due to acidity, liver or gall bladder problems, pancreatitis, IBS, Crohn’s disease, or due to food intolerance like Celiac disease. I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). You will need some tests for diagnosis.
Alternatively it could also be due to mild food poisoning. You can take some probiotics and see if it helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
