Palpable lymph is it worrisome? Very anxiety

Hey awesome guys.
So, I had a fever 4 days ago. And I notice some palpable lump on my neck. After googling and googling, I became more anxious just because read that any palpable lymph node is consider enlarge, and palpable supraclavicular lymph is worrisome. I have petechiae on my soft palate. And now I got a rash over my extremities. I took Erythromycin and Xanax. What do you think? Anyone help me.. Please help me ease my stress.

Swollen glands can enlarge for many reasons. Supraclavicular nodes have a higher chance of malignancies than others and are worth getting checked out if persistent. How long has it been swollen?

I dont know exactly this is supraclavicular or cervical anterior chain. How to make it sure? I just feel a little node about two finger above my right collar bone. Not inside the pit of collarbone. I notice this node over 2-3 years ago.
There is no way to know for sure. One time one of my lymph nodes was so swollen I thought it was part of a different group and everybody has different anatomies so without seeing it or being a doctor I wouldn't know.  The bad news is like you said any palpable node can be worrisome especially supraclavicular. Fever, rash, and swollen nodes are common characteristics of lymphoma. But it is rare so if I wear you I would not worry unless you get itchy over more parts of your body and start getting more continuous fevers. Much greater possibility it is something else. Besides my mom has had a benign swollen node under her chin since she was a teenager. Some ppl just have palpable ones for random unconcerning reasons.

Are you saying you have self-prescribed yourself an antibiotic and a benzo without a doctor's prescription?  I hope that's not what you're saying.

Sometimes lymph nodes react and once they do, they stay enlarged for a long while.  Have you been ill in the past six months?  I see you are looking lots of big words up, try not to do that.  Unless we are a doctor, trying to diagnose ourselves like that really isn't helpful.  If you have not been sick in the past six months or do not appear to have had an infection anywhere or haven't gotten any vaccines (I had a reactive lymph node that blew up after a vaccine)----  then make an appointment with your doctor to discuss.  But I would not overly worry by any means.  good luck

I have bronkhitis allergy, trigger point on my shoulder. Do you think swimming goggle may press my occipital lymph and then the lymph node become reactive? Because this is how my anxiety started.
