Weird sensation...

Within the past 24 hours I feel discomfort (mild burning) in my penis. No STD's (no sex activity over 3 years). No pain, no blood, no odd smell coming from urine. On no meds, blood work fine from last time at doctors. I'm overweight, mid 30's.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This could be non specific urine infection of due to prostatitis or due to infection of glands in the penile urethra. Get a urine and semen examination done. With the report consult a doctor. Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids (not alcohol).
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I think a lot of guys get mild burning in the penis from time to time. Maybe try going into the doctors office and getting some medicine for a UTI and see if that seems to help. I have a mild burning in the penis from time to time and know that I have no STDs ( through testing).
