Earache which worseb when i move my tongue what can it be?

I am scared to death now..
A couple of weeks ago my ear started to ache once or twice a day. It was a stabbing pain. Then last week the area in front of Both of my ears became sensitive to touch. My boyfriend gave me a Kiss and it hurt! It subsided on the right side but now there is a constant dull ache deep in my left ear which worsen when i move my tongue. It definitely triggers it sometimes swallowing too. I didnt got the flu or anything actually my gp looked in my ear not long ago and said everything looks just fine. Pain feels like its from the base of my tongue to my ear.

I will go to an ENT doctot but until Then please please assure me that it can be some thing not serious. I am 27 i dont drink or smoke. I flied couple of days ago and being on the plane did not worsen my symptoms at all.

Its common for ear infections to have referred pain in the jaw and mouth area.  Another possibility  that is often  overlooked is that you have an oral infection with referred pain to the ear.
I also want to add that its possible for an infection to start in either area and speak to the other.
Some common bacterial infections of the mouth that do this are actinomyces, streptomyces, nocardia and some of the spirochaetes.  
These are usually easily treated with antibiotics and possible drainage/removal if there is an abscess.

It could be an infection or even heavy wax buildup in the ear canal, or any number of other things.
We can guess, but you should see your doctor for a real diagnosis and treatment if needed.
