Period Issues.

Three periods ago I lost bladder control, would randomly get dizzy and get sharp pains in the back of my head. my last period I would wake up FREEZING, then have diarrhea, then i would dry heave for about 7 minutes. I am back on my period again and i wake up freezing, then have diarrhea, then i dry heave for about 7 minutes. and it hurts really bad when i dry heave and I usually end up crying because it hurts so much. I don't know if it matters but my periods last about 6-7 days and it is a really heavy flow for the first 4-5 days. also, i am only 15. does anybody know what is wrong?? I also have a lot of family stuff going on with my parents divorce and my dad suing my mom over me, so I am under  a lot of stress if that helps with deciding what I have.
