Persistent chest pains for weeks, please help

So a couple weeks ago I started having some pretty bad chest pains constantly along with nausea and abdominal pains during and shortly after eating . It's generally a dull achy pain with occasional sharp shorting pains in the chest, sometimes all across but generally the upper left area and it does travel down the arm a lot. I have made two trips to the ER over this where they did blood work, an EKG and a chest X-ray, all of which was perfectly clear. I have been to a cardiologist where they did more blood work and also an Echo which was completely normal. I then saw a gastro specialist where they did an Endoscopy and found some mild stomach irritation that could be causing the stomach stuff for sure but they weren't certain that had anything to do with the chest pain. I'm losing so much sleep over this because nobody can seem to tell me what is wrong and it's such an uncomfortable scary feeling having almost constant chest pains. I'm a 20 year old male, slightly over weight with no family history of heart disease. Anybody know what this could be?
