Please help... Unknown Dyspnea

I have been to multiple doctors and we are still not sure what is causing the dyspnea.  I have seen a pulmonologist, a cardiologist and an endocrinologist and as we speak being investigated by a liver specialist.  So far the only things found was a slightly elevated calcium... elevated liver enzymes (1500), fatty liver, enlarged liver and tachycardia.  Nothing abnormal was found by the pulmonologist, endocrinologist or the cardiologist although for the tachycardia the cardiologist tried to place my on a beta blocker which is not helping at all.  Some believe it could be a panic attack due to the symptoms being chest tightness, burning, and the feeling of not getting enough air no matter what, while having (episodes) that seem to be much worse then what I experience a majority of the time. I personally dont believe its anxiety.  sometimes it actually feels more comfortable to hold my breath then to breath because the second I start to inhale I feel out of breath.  One thing I did notice is that when I had to start taking Vicodine ES for my migraines more often is when all these symptoms slowly got worse over the past 5 years.  I get migrains about 2-4 times a week.  Could the Vicodin be causing this?  Could this have something to do with the elevated liver enzymes, or the fact that my liver is enlarged/fatty?  What ever it is it seems that right after taking vicodin it feels better but then when the medication wares off I have a slightly harder time breathing then I did before I took it.  All of my doctors dont believe that it could be the vicodin because I am only taking a half of the pill at a time so the most I take in a day is a half of a pill 2-3 times if the migraine remains after taking the first 1/2.  Please I really need help is there any possible diagnosis for what I have? Please these symptoms are getting worse and worse with no help in sight... any suggestion on a specialist to see or another docotor to speak to? anything would help at this point.  Thank you

To calrify further on the liver Hep tests were done and proved negative  also they were not 1500, they are 500... the 1 in front of it was a typo... Also noticing a horrible burning in the lungs after waking up and family is saying that while sleep my breathing is so shallow they can visually see my chest wall rising or falling while I am asleep.

Remember, your liver is your "OVERALL HEALTH"  Toxifications (in some cases) can cause the liver to slowly break down, after a while collapse. The liver reacts in that case when there are lack of, "RIBOFLAVIN, NIACIN, MAGNESIUM, IRON, A,C,E ZINC,ETC.The Liver works with your digestive tract. If you have problems digesting certain foods, (although your body is digesting the foods) you may have "CHOLESTASIS".it makes the Liver very"SLUGGISH"or "CONGESTED", which is caused by low flow of "BILE". When your "BILE" is low, it causes the liver not to work properly, which causes "CHESS, BREATHING,AND TIGHTNESS,PROBLEMS".  "BELIEVE IT OR NOT" Doctor's don't recognize that, because they are so busy focusing on your "CHEST, AND HEART". Here are some "REMEDIES" that will definitely cure your problem.

MILK THISTLE- which produce "BILE" to the Liver so the Liver can breath better. (yes your Liver does breath)

DANDELION ROOT- which "ENHANCES" the Liver to function and send "EXCELLENT AIR" and "BLOOD FLOW" from the chest area to the "HEART".

TUMERIC- Which protects the Liver from Bacteria, and "TOXIC CHEMICALS".

SCHISANDRA- which is very good for stress (if you can get it, if you cant, then you have to maintain your stress level, for that also plays a role in your Liver acting up.
("YOU CAN GET THESE PRODUCTS AT AN OFFICIAL HERBAL STORE")

EAT WELL, VEGETABLES (JUST GO GREEN) BROCCOLI, CALLIFLOWER, CABBAGE, BRUSSELS SPROUTS, SPINACH, ETC. EVERYTHING GREEN. It will help the Liver to "DETOXIFICATE" Stay away from "CHOLESTEROL" exercise at least 10 minutes a day3-4 times a week.  Taken with the ingredients given to you, it will help your Liver, and your heart, and that will cure the Breathing, tightness, and chest burning.

Please move quickly as you can. I just read about what your wife said about the breathing. you need to get to the herbal store right away.. if you smoke(stop smoking) and if you drink(stop drinking at least until you feel better, (not even a taste) for smoking and drinking lowers the "BILE" in you Liver.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The problem can be either in heart or lung or due to anemia. Over exercising can also be a cause for breathlessness. At times due to too empty stomach or drinking lots of water before exercising can also cause breathlessness.  Angina, heart attack and pulmonary embolism should be ruled out first. If there is wheezing, asthma is likely. If there is cough, chronic obstructive disease or asbestos, silica etc pollution as the cause is likely. Other causes are mitral valve problems, pulmonary hypertension, anemia, hyperventilation syndrome or psychological factors. A detailed and comprehensive investigation will be required including EKG, Chest X-ray, blood test for anemia, maybe CT scan of chest, BP recording etc. Please consult your PCP to reassess all the causes. Take care!

I actually have been to both a pulmonolgist and a cardiologist which have ruled out all of those.  I am currently seeing a Doctor who specializes in the liver due to the radiologist finding an enlarged/fatty liver and my blood work returning with elevated liver enzymes.  I have not seen a Psychologist but I dont think its anxiety due to the fact that it is constant and some symptoms worsen after taking Vicodin for my chronic migraines.

did you not read what he said, he has been there and done all of that and they found nothing, so I gave him the healing remedy to help him. after what I explained to him (in full medical terms)--("NO DISRESPECT")--you should not have even commented behind that..in the future do not message me of anything. I'm not here to talk or listen to what you have to say. I'm here to help and heal people, not give them advice, as so what you are doing...your full of advices, GIVE THE PEOPLE HERE IN NEED OF HELP WHAT THE DOCTOR'S CAN'T  and until you can do that, you have nothing to teach, or preach to me.

here are some lung ease for you. lots of liquids, especially water, teas, and plenty of broth. it helps the respiratory secretions, and relaxes the airways. I want you to get some eucalyptus, thyme, peppermint, and some rosemary. 1/4 cup of them mixed together(adding to a 1/4 of a cup)to every 4 cups of water (depending on how big the pot, you will know) boil pot of water, and add the ingredients to it, cover bring to a boil, turn it off, and  breath the steam. Here's another thing that cannot be detected also from doctor's that they are so unaware of. "BRONCHITIS" is not only located in the front of your lungs, for it can also be located behind the lung, for which a doctor cannot see if he just give you a front chest x-ray. This is what I am learning from the ("REAL DOCTOR'S). The remedies I give is what I give to patients in the hospital where I do my volunteer work until I am done with medical school. I also do volunteer work every other Saturday, at a clinic in BROOKLYN NY, and you won't believe how these people come back looking for me, thanking me, sometimes in tears, giving me gifts, because they didn't know what was wrong with them. Just follow these steps, and believe me, you will feel a difference...

I will also try the the eucalyptus, thyme, and those remedies I am hoping to get some results ... I am seeing a liver MD as we speak but I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear from him about my test results lol U can die waiting for these doctors... depending how strong your antibodies are, normally you would start getting better within 1 week of treatment from the herbs.  If you had this problem for a while, your lungs will need time to take in the medicines. believe me, within one month(tops) you will definitely feel the difference.  My niece had Asthma really bad.  I gave her the remedies I gave to you, with a couple of more herbs to take with it, and her Asthma is gone. She hasn't taken the inhalers, or used her machine for over a year now.  As long as you keep up with the herbal Medicines, you will get better....  keep me posted ..."AND DON'T FORGET THE VEGETABLES, ALL GREEN, FOR THE VEGGIES HELPS TO CLEAN BACTERIA, AND TOXINS FROM THE BODY"

Well as of yet no change in my symptoms at all... I am now seeing a neurologist.  I am praying I can at least figure this out.  I heard from the liver specialist and he said there is nothing wrong with my liver at all and the other doctor was misinformed.  I might go see another doctor since he seemed to be kind of stupid and took 5 weeks to get back to me with blood work results.  I am hoping to get this figured out.  I recently have noticed my chest feeling tighter, and after I take Vicodin once it wears off It is even tighter... Im starting to wonder if I am having an allergic reaction to the narcotics.  ... I dont know hopefully this will either just go away or someone can figure it out.
