Potential causes of full body pain?

Pain started sometimes the weekend of March 3rd.
Overall muscle weakness, aches in joints and headache – assumed it was mental/physical exhaustion from weeks past. (a week prior had just finished up new roof where weekends and work day evenings were filled with roof work)
Continuous tiredness and occasional nausea/dizziness – primarily when laying down to sleep.
Trouble sleeping and staying asleep due to discomfort.
Tightness when breathing and dry cough – the feeling one gets when running in the cold.
Extreme firmness and soreness of neck and shoulders, intermittent throughout spine.
Waves of being chilled or being suddenly very hot kept cycling.
Wake up with jaw soreness and popping – maybe grinding teeth at night.
Stomach gets hot and upset after eating too big of a meal, cut down meals to snacks.
Felt like the flu without the fever or vomiting but after some convincing I went to get swabbed for the flu March 7th, with result being negative for flu or strep throat.
It felt as if the joint pain was moving, started in right elbow with a deep sharp pain and next was in left knee then left ankle tendon. Both calves hurt as if by vigorous exercise and were tender to the touch. By the weekend of March 10th it was in right ankle and shin bone-then right knee. Joints and muscles remain weakened and mildly achy even after the sharp pain subsides. Started taking an OTC cold/flu medicine but half dose to take the edge off pain, it doesn’t seem to last long but does help the sleep a bit. March 12th, overslept and awoke feeling markedly better than previous mornings but the symptoms returned by lunchtime, getting worse as day went on. Noticed an increased frequency of urination and not feeling like bladder emptied all the way. The new area is pectoral muscles and lower abdomen, inside and around hips. Again pain is similar to one gets after heavy exercise, this time like I had done pushups or similar. The targeted joint/muscle pain seems to last 3 days or so before popping up in a new place. Neck/shoulder pain and headaches remain consistent – I go to bed and wake up with them. My concentration and response time have been negatively affected and immediate memory recall is fuzzy – like who had just called on the work phone.
The Time change and cold front are most certainly not helping, adding the usual cold weather aches ontop of everything.
It doesn't make sense, even after my most strenuous physical activities the pain subsides after 3-5 days.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
