Pregnancy after having Mirena Coil removed?

Hi people,

I had my Mirena coil removed today as we have decided to start trying for a baby.

I just wanted to know how long it took you to get pregnant after having it removed, so I can get a vague idea.

Thanks

Kel

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
After removing the coil ovulation can return any time within 6 months, may be in the next cycle it self. Every woman behaves differently. Hence if you do not conceive by a year (at the outermost limit), get this checked out. Take care!
