Problems with my pores maybe?

I had a type of cyst removed from my armpit a long time ago, and until I got it removed, it caused me pain to touch it.  Many years later, after showering, I noticed I had a white substance on my other armpit, resembling the shape and color/roughness of a mechanical pencil eraser.  Thinking it may be deodorant, I wiped at it, and there was more under that.  I started pulling, and I got a string of it about an inch thick, and the width of a mechanical pencil eraser.  At the end, I had to tug a little, and the end came out, which looked like it had a piece of skin on it.  It felt like putty, and it was sort of flaky.  It left a hole the size of the string in my arm, so I sterilized it and covered it up, and it eventually closed.  It didn't sting when I used the alcohol and hydrogen peroxide on it though, it felt more like it was being aired out.  I never got it checked out, since it healed quickly and well. It seemed to close up and disappear overnight, almost like an over-sized pore.  Does anyone have the slightest clue what that could have been?  I do have sensitive skin, could that make me prone to different types of cysts?

I have a pore on my chest that never seems to heal. my wife got a safety needle and started to try and dig it out or clean it so it will close and heal.
she started pulling out what looks like fine thread, so fine its hard to see. pulled one that was about 1 inch long. she grabbed it with tweezers and just kept pulling. I had no pain but she was pulling so hard my skin was being pulled 2 inches from me and I had to use force to resist her pulling. it finally broke. but each time she would dip the needle in the pore she would pull out more silk like string and it is very strong and tough. kinda weird.
has anyone heard of anything like this. the pore looks like an in grown hair, or a zit you just popped. its not a big opening, looks like a regular size zit that was just popped.

I do have chronic anxiety and manic-depressive bipolar, so that could be why then, thanks.  No, this was a couple of years ago, and it turned out fine.  Closed up just like I said, it was strange.  The thing is the second occurrence was on my left armpit, and I had my first cyst (on my right armpit) surgically removed, so it couldn't have been the root of that one.  What else could it be?  Could it have been another cyst trying to grow maybe, but I stopped it?

hi. just read yourproblem. i've had alot similar. what your describing sounds like you got the root of the cyst out. keep it clean and if there is any sign of infection get it checked out a.s.a.p.  stress,lbeing run down and a lowered imune system can all lead to re-occuring cysts. just keep an eye on things. i hope this helps you
