Question about brain problems possibly, please read

Hello I'm a 21 year old male. Every once in a while I get headaches, that aren't too bad, but enough to notice. Also, I have had ringing in the ears for quite some time. It seems like I'm always sleepy and tired. Lastly, my vision seems to be different. I always find myself wearing my glasses and never have before.  It feels when I take them off I can't see as clear and it bothers me. I had an MRI on my shoulder when I was around 13 so I wasn't sure if this showed my brain.I was wondering if these were serious symptoms to look at for brain tumor, aneurysm, or something else? Or Am I being too paranoid, I have had some panic attacks in the past couple months. Please respond. Thank you

Ask your doctor to run a thyroid panel with antibodies.  There are some thyroid conditions (like Graves) that can cause your symptoms including the eye problems.
