Reason for high TIBC value?

Hi, I recently did a blood test because I've experienced a lot of hair loss lately and my P-TIBC was 100 micromole/L (reference values: 47-80). However, my iron and ferritin were normal. What could be the reason for a higher TIBC, but normal iron and ferritin value?
