Red, hot swollen lump on inner bum cheek just at the crease

I have woke up this morning with itchiness and burning on my bum cheek, when I’ve touched it I’ve realised it’s extremely swollen, it’s at the crease of my left cheek right on the inside crease leading towards the vagina, I’ve examined no bite marks or nothing and do not understand what it could be, it feels like a heat rash and when I touch it it leaves a white mark for about 5 seconds, it feels very tender and by looking at my bum you can see how much it has swollen, it’s very uncomfortable and I cannot find anyone with a similar experience

This sounds like a hemorrhoid to me. I've had them before.  They can actually blow up kind of big.  They hurt, they may itch, they can be outside the anus.  Think that could be the case with you?  When I was pregnant, they blew up like golf balls two different times.  White in color.  I was like whoa.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hemorrhoids/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20360280 It went down when I added in fiber in my diet, used prep H and tucks wipes that I left in my underwear and alternated between the Prep H after using the bathroom and tucks wipes the next time.  (the doctor recommended this to me).  You could try soaking in a sitz bath too. If you don't have one that sits on the toilet, then you can soak in a tub.  It also could be something called a rectocele.  This is a herniation of the front wall of the rectum into the back wall of the vagina.  https://fascrs.org/patients/diseases-and-conditions/a-z/rectocele-expanded-information
