Red slit along buttcrack

So I’m not sure if this question belongs here , but I’ve noticed for the past 3 months this red slit along the fold in my buttcrack.. I don’t recall it itching but all I can think of is maybe the time I had a yeast infection 4 months back that I got from taking oral antibiotics but I normally treat it right away cause antibiotics give me yeast infections .. well this slit doesn’t hurt , there’s no blood or smell coming from it , it’s like a smooth red line just down the crack .. there is some dark discoloration around it and I’ve been putting everything on it and still no change! I’ve put  Desitin , clotrimaziole , terbinfine hydrochloride, hemorrhoids  cream , cause I be

Ok I will bite.

Do you by any chance wear thong underwear? A pet peeve of mine is that it is getting very difficult to find 100% cotton underwear, bras, shorts, etc now.

I don't know if America has a cotton shortage or what?! Everything has a high percentage of polyester now. In particular, the underwear leg seams are being trimmed out using what I call buzzsaw thread-sharp as a knife.  

Consequently, I found myself with the same thing you describe, only in the groin, instead. Looks like a red papercut.

I didn’t finish writing my question .. I’ve put hemorrhoid cream because I have a hard time with bowel movements I believe I suffer from IBS so I’m sure I get hemorrhoids, I’ve put cortisone, I’ve put anti fungus’s creams I purchased on amazon , I’ve tried witch hazel , cornstarch powders , I’ve used anti bacterial soap .. and Tretinoin 0.1 cream .. I dunno what else I can try to use I’ve been googling so many different causes and I honestly don’t know wat it could be I have a doctor app next week , anybody have an idea ?
