Red veins on whites of eye will not go away!!!

A few days ago I fell alseep with my contact lenses on for a few hours. I woke up and took them off. My eyes were red but nothing else. The next morning I used clear eyes to make the redness go away but it made it worse! The day after that my eye was swollen, smaller(kind of like pinkeye) and had unsightly red veins on only one corner of my eye(the corner closest to my nose) and a small off white bump touching my iris!  I used similasan and it made the swelling go away and i also used rohto yesterday as indicated in the box. Rohto made my eyes really white and the redness go away except for the veins connecting to my iris and the off white bump is there. I googled pictures of pinguecula and episcleritis and it looks more like episcleritis but the yellow bump throws me off. This morning the off white bump touching my cornea was almost gone but after wearing my contacts it because more apparent. I have little to no pain(it just feels a bit bruisey)
I've also had this same issue in the past but a bit less severe and it went away in a little less than two weeks. Does anyone know what this condition is, and how i cqn accelerate healing? Are the red veins permanent? They really hurt my self esteem.

Is it mainly the looks which are causing you concerns and self-esteem issues?
I would be putting a priority on the health of my eyes, by visiting an ophthalmologist or at least an optometrist, to rule out anything serious .
At the same time you could get some professional advice on treatment options.
Best wishes,
Niko
