Right leg has been feeling tingly and there are dark spots below the back of my knee

This has been going on for a week now. The front of my right leg has been feeling tingly, like it's asleep. And just below the back of my knee there are two dark spots, and a blood vessel looks like it's bulging out a bit. It doesn't hurt, but I can feel a pinch when driving sometimes. I can also feel some sort of throbbing in the area when using my leg, so I try not to use it often. I don't know if it will heal on its own and I do not have insurance. Here is a not so good picture.
