Vapor Rub/PAH concerns

YSI
April 2017 I inadvertently wiped my hands off on my left thigh and right breast-hands were coated with Vicks Vapor Rub at the time, which I had just applied to my toenails. Thus ensued immediate and enduring extreme pain left thigh and right breast, with visible/palpable tissue/fat changes. I have since had benign biopsy for the resultant microcalcifications/adjacent mass in the breast. Pain has all but resolved in the breast due to the maximum number of core biopsy specimens removed, but new mammo shows new microcalcification(s).  Difference of opinion (mine) on whether the original breast ultrasound was comprehensive, and no orders to repeat it...and the new microcalcification(s) has been written off as same old same old no need for concern...  Thigh is still severely painful-unable to find a provider who takes this seriously and will address the thigh concerns.  Anyone else out there had a reaction to Vapor Rub? Any providers out there who had a patient mention a reaction to Vapor Rub? I found enough research to be convinced this is a serious public health concern swept under the... skin.
