Roviing / Random Muscle and Joint pain with no inflammation

46 Y/O M here.general health has been OK up to about last year. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which is now in remission.

Been having these roving / migrating pains in my muscles and joints. Mostly isolated to the bigger muscle groups like my biceps and thighs on occasion get it on my calves and shoulders. Here lately have been getting the pain on my face as well. its an annoying pain like your muscle is sore but only in a small spot. Pain comes for about 15 mins then goes away at that spot to appear in another. This is the same for my joints in my knees and shoulders at times. I also am getting dry tounge as well. It may be related to the Apriso I take for the Colitis.

My GP advised me to see a Rheumatologist who in turn ordered all kinds of tests to performed. If I recall correctly that day about 15-16 vials of blood were taken. All tests come back as normal. The only thing was that my calcium level was slightly elevated. My CBC workup at my GP just showed my ANA level was slightly elevated thus the reason for my Rheumy visit.

Anyone else heard of symptoms like this?
