Why do I have a weird sensation all over my body?

I have this weird sensation on my body that feels like my hairs move or as if theres a fallen hair on your skin,  or a mosquito on you. It's almost as if theres like bugs on me. This started about 2 or 3 months ago and just starting last month and up to now I started feeling nauseos every other day or so and it feels as if my stomach is acidic or irrated. Also, I started having a lack of hunger and mood swings with muscle twitches all over my body. Sometimes my left side of my back feels a bit numb and tingly along with a sore fedling all over my back. Not sure if this is related to what I'm feeling but I recently visited the doctor and they told me I had high blood pressure and a bit over average heart pulse, and because of this they decided to take blood and urine tests. I also feel a sort of miscle soreness of pressure on the right back side of my head when bending to look down(like picking up something) along with random ringing in ear throught out the day. One more thing is that I sometimes feel light headed or confused with some memory loss once in a while. Sorry for the long explanation. Does anyone know whats happening to me?
