Sharp Arm Pain in 13 YO Son for five months

Please, please help! My son has had arm pain, below the shoulder, above the elbow for five months now. He has had 4 xrays, an MRI, and a bone scan, and they can not give me a diagnosis. Been to PT numerous times. They said he had little league shoulder, a broken shoulder, a large calcium deposit, nerve damage, he had a cortisone shot in his joint, (with no change), every time I take him they can not give me a diagnosis, then change what they think it is. I took him to the chiro, he has had cupping done. Please help on anything anyone can think this is and I will try it! He is in constant pain, esp. when he moves it. The PT says he is in danger of frozen shoulder. Please help!

hello, as someone who has experienced this but actually has reliable doctors I think it could be to do with his rotator cuff but may I ask what other symptoms does he have and how severe is the pain

Thank you for your response! I am in search of any help. His pain in about 2 inches down from the shoulder and two inches up from the elbow. Like the humerus bone area. He has sharp stabbing pain upon movement. Keeping the arm still, there is no pain. Riding in the car is super painful as every bump is painful. There has been no change in pain in five months. They have said no rotator cuff injuries, nothing is broken, nothing shows on the bone scan. We have another MRI with contrast scheduled for Tuesday. But as his mom, I hate to see him in so much pain and not able to basically do anything. No one can tell us where the pain is coming from. He has seen 8 docs now, any and all suggestions are welcome! Thank you so much.
He has sharp stabbing pains on movement to answer your question, lol. And when he does his PT treatment, the pain is almost unbearable.
okay, thanks for further explaining! so I can't give you a condition name but I personally recommend playing healing frequencies subliminal for the next 2 weeks with boosters and see if it starts to improve since the pain is probably due to how he wears his schoolbag. If that doesn't work let me know because I know for some people it's more severe than others
