Should I be worried with my Hematology Lab Results?

Hi,

Just had my Hematology  results yesterday  and last July 9.. and  should I worry with these results?

Remarks for the blood smear:  Peripheral blood smear show erythrocytes with mild to moderate anisocytosis and hypocrhomia.
White Blood cell count is increased with predominance of sefmenters. Platelates are increased with normal morphology.
No Atypical cells seen.
