Should I do an angiography

I've had tinnitus and light headedness for some months. I had an MRI that came back clear and now I'm being seen by an ENT. My ENT says it could be some kind of cochlear damage or atypical meniere's disease.  I've also done a VNG that only found a slight vestibular loss in the right side. I've always had feeling my symptoms are somehow related to blood flow in my head. My question is: could an angiography show anything that the MRI didn't?
