Skin lump between the groin and the scrotum

Hi, i am 18 years old male living in asia. i have quite a special case here. about 2 months ago i had epididymitis at the left testis. along with epididymitis came a lump at the right side of my genitals. it is at the place where the groin and the scrotum meet, about the size of a pea and it causes mild pain. i asked the doc about the lump when i went for epididymitis treatment and he said its just infection without even looking at it. few days later, the lump became painless and have shrank to almost the size of a small bean, so i didnt pay much attention to it. few days back it became big like the previous case and is painful. yesterday i squeezed it and some white fluid along with blood came out. today it shrank back to the size of a small bean again, and i think the lump is quite hard. should i bring this to the doc? im quite panic now i didnt know what to do please help...

Go to the doctor and if he tries to make a diagnosis again without even looking at it; my suggestion is: go to another doctor.

Hi you can't be to careful with lumps around that area , my advise would be to get it seen to ASAP , it might be nothing to worry about ,
But for peace of mind i would get it checked , Take care ,
