Skin redness when exposed to heat

When I stand after walking for awhile my knees become very hot. This wouldn't be too much of an issue on its own it's more of an annoyance than anything, but the skin on my legs is sensitive to heat. This causes redness on my legs when exposed to heat, and it creates a rash like redness but it is not inflamed or bumpy. It goes away gradually after about 10 minutes when the heat isnt coming from my knees. The redness appears in the same pattern every time and can even appear from constant sunlight on the area. I'm just wondering what may be causing the redness and my heated joints.

I think you need to see a doctor.  Inflammation causes this.  https://www.healthline.com/health/joints-warm  Any chance you could have arthritis?  Osteoarthritis?  There is also RA.  For the rash like redness from heat, do you think it is heat rash? Skin issues like dermatitis can also cause this issue.

I've seen both an orthopedic as well as a Rheumatologist, neither really helped. I dont think it's any form of arthritis as I have had an x ray on one knee and that showed nothing out of the ordinary. The redness isnt accompanied by inflammation, itchiness, or texture. The only constant for the redness is heat causing it, this leads me to believe it's not any time of dermatitis.
