Someone please help me!

Hi im just posting htis to hopefully get some peoples opinions or maybe a similar situation, any help would be much appreciated. I have had chronic abdominal pain(all over, but worse in some areas) for about 2yrs now. I was so sick I kept missing school for weeks and trying so hard to go back and keep up, but then the pain kept getting worse and finally about a year ago I had to stop going completely. I have been to so many doctors. I dont have any infections. Ive been tested for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, mono, and a few other things. Ive had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything was fine. I had a laparoscopy and everything was fine. Im on percocet for the pain, and it helps for awhile but im so miserable. I just went to a primary doctor and at first he was concerned then he did a ct scan and some blood tests and then dident believe me and said I needed to go to a therapist. Im not depressed surprisingly, but I went to a therapist/acupuncturist. She said I was sick and for all i have been through am in great mental health. The acupuncture dident help. Im in hell, but am terrified of going to another doctor and I dont know what kind of dr to go to. I dont want to be treated like a druggie or like im making it up which is what most of the doctors ive been to have made me feel like. I only take medicine when I need it like 2 a day, and even then im balled up in my bed. All my symptoms are-All over abdominal pain(not stomach pain, like muscle or tissue pain), enlarged spleen, my neck swells(like the tissue), I swell a lot(my chest, neck, abdomen) but my blood says i dont have any inflamation, I get fatigued and out of breath really easy(walking to the bathroom) my heart feels like its tired or something, my vision gets blurry alot when im hurting badly, and I see black spots out of the corner of my eye. I need someone to give some advice. I know this is long so thank you if youre reading this.-Jenn

My body temp is very off. Im never comfortable temp wise. Actually I have thought maybe exposure to nerve gas might have been what has made me sick. I lived in a house about 2yrs ago and had bees in my wall. They sprayed 4x with nerve gas. I dident know I wasent supposed to be in the house for 48 hrs after the spraying, I was there within 4hrs of all the sprayings. And I lived with my stepmom and shw was hardly ever there and there were two seperate air systems so she wouldent have been exposed to it hardly at all. But I dont know who to go to about that.

I dont have any parasites that I know of.
The pain is constant but gets much worse with any and all activity. I can hardly get out of bed. Which is horrible for me because before all this(2yrs ago) I was never sick and allways very active.
Ive been to a rheumatologist I dont have anything wrong in that area.
I was diagnosed with a seizure disorder when I was younger(7) and should check into a neurologist again.
My lymph nodes do swell and ive grown extra. The doctors dont seem concerned though. I say my swelling might be tissue because my neck swells down the front and gets hard and aches from the swelling and the sides of my neck swell but are squishy. My entire chest and abdomen swell visibly all over and aches and is very sensitive to the touch. My ribs, chest, jaw and pelvic bones get sore from the swelling. Theres no lumps or anything just overall swelling. Also I definatly want to get my heart checked.

Okay, some more odd questions...do they spray for mosquitoes in your area? Or gypsy moths? (I don't know if FL has those)...Do you know what your blood calcium (esp ionized calcium) levels are? Do you have joint pain, urinate constantly, headaches, side pains (flank)?...Any changes in body temp? Problems with moving bowels when you haven't used pain meds? Any muscle spasms/ cramps?

When you say swelling in your neck chest and abdomen...could you describe exactly? Do you see lymph nodes swell, or something else. You say it's the tissue? How can you tell it's swollen. Is it the sort of thing that could be drained with a needle? Is there redness???

Is the pain constant or does it wax and wane with activity?

Hi!

Have you checked yourself neurologically? Have you visited a reumatologist? Also, have you had your heart checked?

Yah ive been checked for mono, epstein barr virus and a bunch of others. Ive had this for like 2yrs now. My blood work all comes back fine. Is there like some kind of tissue disease or something that causes swelling and pain in areas of th ebody, cuz thats what it seems like. Like my tissue is swelling in my neck and chest and abdomen.

Get off the perocet. All opiates inhibit peristalsis, which cause feces to block the intestine and inhibits bowel cleansing and contributes to bowel inflammatory syndromes. I and going to throw out a wild guess. Have you have your TSH level checked? This stands for Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. One possibility is hypothyoidism.
