Unexplained Symptoms?

About 10 months ago, my 16 year old daughter began to have strange episodes every 1-2 months, during which her face flushes to the point of looking like a horrible sunburn, she gets so dizzy she can barely stand, and her blood pressure goes through the roof. She also gets a very strong migraine just before these things occur, but as she gets migraines more often, it is impossible to tell if it is an indicator to an oncoming episode. There have been times where she feels like she is about to pass out, and whenever I pick her up from school, her eyes are glazed over like she is unconscious.

I am beyond concerned, as she's seen numerous doctors and none have been able to explain her symptoms, which occur randomly with no link whatsoever. She has seen a cardiologist, who diagnosed her with Orthostatic Intolerance, which is dizziness when standing up due to an increased heart rate. He told her to consume more salt and to drink at least 2 liters of liquid a day, as well as a bottle of Gatorade. While her episodes did become more spread out after her diagnosis, she still has these episodes ocassionally.

I am worried that she will fall behind in school, as she has informed that during her episodes, it is impossible to focus or even look straight ahead. Her teachers have noticed too, often sending her to the nurse without a choice because she has turned so red.

She has had many blood tests and ultrasounds on her heart, as well as a halter monitor, but every test came back normal. She was also tested for pheochromocytoma, however that was also negative. Her pediatrician has recommended that she see a neurologist, but we have been so busy that we have not found the time to search for a good one or make an appointment.

Hopefully, someone out there has some answers. Please Help!
Thanks!

That may not be what she has and I'm not sure if the doctors already spoke with you about something like that, but I thought it might raise some flags if you're able to look into it. :)
