Sore testicles

Hello
I had a slight pain in the testes about 2 months ago. Visited the doc and was put on biodicts. The ache went away but only to return last week abit more intense. It aches and sometimes pain continues onto the back of my legs. Also i have slight discomfort in the rectum. I visited the doctor again today and was put back onto the biodicts but for some reason i dont think its an infection as he thinks it is........ ????

Torsion would be something to be worried about, but that pain usually wouldn't let you even move without an unbearable pain. You may have also suffered from some sort of trauma, even if you don't remember. You might have gotten out of a car wrong, or did something while exercising or something like that. I know I had some pain in my testicle a couple years ago and after a couple of days on pain medicine and muscle relaxers, I was fine. I was also told to start wearing better support than the loose boxers I had been wearing.
