Stomach Pains!!! HELP

So my names Tom I'm 21 married with a kid, I'm 6' 155 pounds, I've been having really bad stomach pains for almost 2 years now, it's like a really sharp pain/cramping/nausea I'm usually fine if I'm sitting/laying down but if I get up to do anything it hurts so bad and it gets worse over time to the point if I walk for like 10 minutes I'll throw up so I try and take stops when the pain gets to bad. I've been going to the doctors for about a year and they haven't been able to figure out what's wrong they first tried having me take no dairy and it still hurt, then I had to get a ct and they found nothing, then I tried no gluten and was fine, I tried working out, I tried eating healthy, they have me a upper endoscopy and a colonoscopy and they found nothing, I also did an ultra sound for gallstones and nothing, i also did a trigger point injection on my right side but it didn't work, they gave me pills for ibs and nothing happened. I'm so stuck I don't wanna do anything it's putting a toll on my relationship and I can barley work because when I do i end up throwing up from the stomach pains being so bad. Any ideas I feel like giving up I don't know what to do neither do the doctors they just sent me away to another doctor so I'm currently waiting for an appointment :(
