Stomach cramps, cold sweats, dizzines, nausea

I’ve had this a few times over the years and cannot seems to get answers from my Doctors. Today I had another episode, woke up completely fine and after half half or so started to have slight stomach cramps. Felt like I possibly needed to empty my bowels so tried to go to the toilet but nothing at all. Then I had a sudden fainting feeling, cold sweats and the pain was unbearable! I had to lie on the bathroom floor as my vision had gone completely blurry. Honestly feels like you could die from the pain.
I had to lie on the floor until the pain subsided which was about 20 minutes or so. After that the pain just went, no pain in the stomach at all, just felt weak and dizzy from the episode. Like I said it has happened around 8 times and is so scary, I can’t seem to find out the cause. Has anyone had something similar?

Have you been taking any medication for pain or anything for a while that you stopped all of a sudden recently? If not then, This could be an infection from something causing the spasms. But I am sure the doctors would have diagnosed that if it was there. Especially after the stool tests and other symptoms such as diarrhea and smelly stools.

And  It could also be IBS that can be a little tricky to diagnose especially if you are eating junk food like chips, sodas, etc I would advise you to stop all that and increase your intake of probiotic food such as curd as well as foods low in oil or fats. Avoid eating beans or cheese for a while. Reducing your intake of coffee will also bring relief. Stay hydrated and take a probiotic supplement if you can . Remember that it does take a while to understand what foods suit you and what not. White bread has always given me troubles, so watch it there and the gluten.
Take care!
