Strange Head pressure

So for the past few years I've been suffering with this strange head pressure.. I get it once a week, or even sometimes stretches out to once a month, not sure why it switched up like that, anyway I've had MRIs of brain and spine, my spine is pretty screwed up, several herniated discs and pinched nerves, but not sure and doctors aren't sure what's causing the head pressure. It's very bad after I've been sitting or like driving and I get up to walk and after a few steps I start to feel the build up of the pressure in waves with my pulse, my hearing even fluctuates with the throbbing, my neck get real stiff, and I have grab my head and look downward, maybe even lean against something... I've looked up other people on here that are having the same exact symptoms, but their posts are years ago and they won't answer or aren't seeing my messages, and in the posts there is no kinda explanation or outcome of what's going on just other people saying they have the same thing. Can anyone help me out that has had or knows of these symptoms

I have felt buzz sensations but not really at the same time I'm feeling the head pressure, I don't have the pressure everyday, but its very scary, if a person that's never experienced it b4 just wakes up one day with it, they would definitely think they were dying :(
